Directions for use:
Adults: take 1 capsules daily, with water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
Warnings:
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains B6).
