Submit a Script

We offer a range of script-only medicinal products, and can also fill prescriptions on request.

In order to submit a script and/or access these products, you will need to:

• Obtain a relevant prescription for the product you're interested in.
• Log in with your Formulae account.

We can fill scripts in two ways:

1. If the product is available for direct purchase on our site, navigate to the product you need, and click on the "Upload a Script" button to provide your patient details and upload your prescription. Once this is done, you may purchase the product directly. Your details will be saved for easier purchasing next time.
2. Alternatively, if you need to directly request medication or can't find the product on our website, please log in in and fill out the form below on this page.

Finally, if your attending physician has a registered practitioner account with us, they can register your details and purchase prescription products on your behalf.
